THE DRIVER IS NOT SUPPORTED ON THIS OS VERSION 10.0.19044

I updated the BIOS and installed the driver programs. They work for about 10 minutes, then the signal disappears and stops working. I quickly reinstalled Windows, but it didn't help. I searched, found and installed updates via Windows updates, but the problem persists. It works for about 10 minutes or a little more, then it doesn't work
