Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to use Adobe Acrobat DC with my HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer/scanner/fax from a new HP Pavilion 24 desktop. I have had the best luck using a TWAIN driver to scan to PDF files. I'm not given that option, and wonder whether I need to install a TWAIN printer driver. How do I figure this out? (Running Acrobat DC with the WIA driver doesn't work with the document feeder beyond 2 pages, and the scanner can't seem to automatically sense anything about jobs.) Many thanks!

Hi,

Please download and install the Full Feature Driver and Accessories for your printer which include a Twain scanning driver:
