Just replaced my HP Envy with an HP Inspire.....How do I get the HP Inspire to recognize the hpeprint.com email address that I've used with my HP Envy over the last 10 year's?
Note: When setting up earlier I didn't see an option to even enter the hpe email address?
Help!

@Rootnaroun62, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Setting up HP ePrint on HP ENVY Inspire Printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Connect your printer to the network:
- Make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
Enable Web Services:
- On the printer control panel, touch the "Setup" or "Web Services" icon.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enable Web Services. This will direct the printer to print an information sheet which includes a unique Print Code (your new ePrint email address).
Activate HP ePrint:
- Ensure that Web Services are enabled on your printer. If not, follow the instructions that came with your printer to enable the service.
Register your printer on HP Connected:
- Go to HP Connected on your computer or mobile device.
- If you don't have an HP Connected account, create one by following the prompts.
- Once logged in, add your new printer using the Printer Code from the information sheet.
Customize your HP ePrint email address:
- After adding your printer to HP Connected, go to the ePrint settings and see if you can customize the email address.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
