Photosmart 7520

I have a Photosmart 7520 printer.  The power connection on the back of the printer is missing the 3-pin purple tip. This attachment facilitates the AC power adapter to work properly.  Without it, the printer will not turn on.  I need a replacement. Where can I locate and purchase one?

Thanks,

JaxR

@JaxR Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are looking for the 3-pin purple tip attachment is missing from the printer.

In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

Hi Praveen,

I cannot locate a phone number to contact support.  Also, the virtual assistant is useless. Please provide me a number to call.

Thank you,

@JaxR If that isn't working, it could be because the product is not within warranty anymore, if that's true, I suggest you check If you have an HP authorized service center near by, you should be able to take it to them and have it checked,

Here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: Click here

If your product still has warranty: click here to verify and click on dispute to have it fixed.

And If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
