I have a Photosmart 7520 printer. The power connection on the back of the printer is missing the 3-pin purple tip. This attachment facilitates the AC power adapter to work properly. Without it, the printer will not turn on. I need a replacement. Where can I locate and purchase one?
Thanks,
JaxR

@JaxR If that isn't working, it could be because the product is not within warranty anymore, if that's true, I suggest you check If you have an HP authorized service center near by, you should be able to take it to them and have it checked,
