HP Deskjet 3050 HPJ610a

I have a HPO Deskjet 3050 HPJ610a and want to connect to the network so I can print from an iPad. The network configuration page does not show an IP address. My router also does not have a WPS button. Help.

@Teddyaustin, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that you have issues with connecting the printer to the network, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for instructions.

Also, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I need the IP address in order to connect to the wireless network. The Printer Network Config page does not show an IP address. It states “Not Applicable”.

@Teddyaustin

You'd not need an IP address to connect the printer to the network, but once connected the printer IP address will be shown.

If the printer fails to connect, print a Wireless Network Test Report, and then follow any instructions on the report to troubleshoot wireless connectivity problems.

For more information, go to Using a Wireless Network Test Report.

Keep me posted.
