Hi @dubba,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Using the Printer Control Panel
Load the Document:
- Place the document you want to copy on the scanner glass or load it into the document feeder.
Access Copy Settings:
- From the printer’s home screen, navigate to the Copy menu.
- Tap on Copy Document.
Adjust the Size:
- Look for Resize or Scaling options.
- You can choose from preset options (e.g., Fit to Page, Custom Scale) or manually set a percentage for reduction/enlargement.
Choose the Scale:
- If manually adjusting, select Custom Scale and enter the desired percentage. For example, enter 50% to reduce the size or 150% to enlarge.
Start Copying:
- After setting the desired scale, proceed to start the copy by pressing Start or Copy.
Using HP Smart App
You can also use the HP Smart app to manage your printing tasks, including reducing or enlarging copies.
Install HP Smart:
- Ensure you have the HP Smart app installed on your mobile device or computer. Download from HP Smart App.
Open the App:
- Launch the HP Smart app and select your printer.
Scan the Document:
- Use the app to scan the document you wish to copy.
Adjust Scaling:
- Before printing, look for scaling options. You may find this under Print Settings or More Settings.
- Enter the desired scaling percentage to reduce or enlarge the document.
Print:
- After adjusting the scale, proceed to print the document.
I hope this helps.
