Hello,
After accidentally uninstalling my touchpad driver, I tried to reinstall it from this website https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers and after the installation, it says, "The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.18363)"
My product is HP Notebook - 15-db0239au
The touchpad device is not listed in the Device Manager and it's not working.
Kindly provide a solution to this.
Thank you

I finally solved it!
While this may not work for everyone but it certainly did for me.
- Go to this directory C:\SWSetup. It's the directory given in the installation when you open the driver setup file.
- Now, out of the several folders present, open the one dated before the date when you tried to installed the drivers from the web page, i.e., the folder having the date before you uninstalled the driver.
- Search for the term ".exe" in the search option inside the folder (press ctrl+f and then type ".exe").
- Now open the file named "setup.exe"
- Boom! After this, my touchpad started functioning properly.

Hi,
Try both of below options and check if any of them may work with Windows 10 build 1909:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp99001-99500/sp99064.exe
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96547.exe
