The file “HP_Easy_Start.app.zip.download” doesn’t appear to be a valid download file.

 

What to do next?

HP Recommended

Open your download folder, search for HP and select Downloads at the bottom bar.

 

Double-click HP Easy Start and follow the steps on the screen.

 

Please let me know how it goes, such behavior likely occurs due to an HP Easy Start file already exists within your downloads folder.
