Hello, 

 

The green "print" button on my printer does not work, when I press it the printer does not start printing, instead on the printer screen is written "canceling" and the printer simply does not respond to my print command. I tried change the cartridge, turn the printer off and on again, but it did not work. How can I fix it? Many thanks.
