I have recently downloaded the app but the text is so small it makes  the app unusable, is  there a way to  increase  the text size?

@vincew70, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

The HP Smart app's text size is typically controlled by the display scaling and accessibility settings of the operating system, not by a setting within the app itself. Since you're using macOS, here's the best way to resolve this by adjusting your system settings:

Option 1: Use macOS Accessibility Settings

  1. Click the Apple menu  and go to System Settings.
  2. In the sidebar, select Accessibility.
  3. Click Display.
  4. Scroll down to Text Size and click it.
  5. Use the slider to increase the text size across supported apps and system UI.
  6. If HP is listed in the apps section, you can adjust its size individually.

Option 2: Change Display Resolution

  1. Go to System Settings > Displays.
  2. Select a lower resolution to make everything on screen appear larger.
  3. This affects all apps, including HP Smart.

I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.
