I tried out your steps of uninstalling and reinstalling the HP app, I uninstalled using the HP uninstaller. During the install phase I tried to print the test page, on my printer there's an error saying "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant ink".

Just an update on what happened with the call, we tried resettinng the printer, web services, router and the similar steps we took on this thread, updated the router firmware and separated the 2.4 from the 5ghz internet. Couldn't allow port forwarding as that would harm the security of the router. Still same HP ink error so ended up cancelling the HP ink subscription and going to buy ink from the shops. Took too long but yea it's over now, Thanks for your help @Irwin6
