Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are facing an issue with connecting your printer to webservices.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).

- Is this the first time you are connecting your printer to the network or webservices?

- May I know which application you are using to print?

- Were there any changes made to your printer or router recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

The regulatory model number is SNPRC-1702-01

- It was already connected to the network and web services maybe 1-2 years ago,

- I'm trying to print on the pritner itself just pressing copy, then it's the same issue on the windows pc trying to print from there as well

- No changes recently, it did ask for ink status but then it couldn't connect to the webservices via the printer, it is connected to my wifi and I can access the EWS via my pc and I can view the innk status there no problem

Hi @peanut32,

Please share the model name of your printer to assist you further.

Are you able to make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)

Take care and have a great day ahead!

I removed web services and set it up again via EWS, I can't print the info page of web service after I'm done. My printer says "cannot print. Connect printer to update HP instant ink status". I click connect and it gives this error. "The printer could not connnect to Web Services. The server might be busy or unavailable. Try again later". The thing is I've been getting the same error for the past week. I even tried removing web services on the screen on printer but once it's set up again it gives the same cannot print error, then back to the cannot connect to web services error.

Hi @peanut32,

I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much again as you are getting an ink cartridge error now.
