your link has too much sub categories, my problem is my printer says my cartridge can't be used until I sign up for HP instant ink which is a monthly subscription, can I not print stuff without this HP instant ink? Can you help me with this?

Hi @peanut32,

Yes, you can print without enrolling your printer in insant ink service.

- Remove the ink cartridges out and share the image of the ink cartridges to isolate the issue.

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Take care and have a great day ahead!

I can remove the coloured one but the black one is stuck in the corner so I don't know how to remove it.

The last time it worked properly was like couple months ago and we didn't make any changes to it AFAIK

Hi @peanut32,

I see that the ink cartridges installed on your printer are instant ink cartridges.

Those cartridges work only when the printer is enrolled and active on instant ink service.

Are you enrolled and active on the instant ink service?

Take care and have a great day ahead!
