Good afternoon.
You might decide that it was possible to print from a laptop to an HP DesignJet 500 plus 24.
The drivers from the hp website are not working.
I found the driver on the Internet, it works on one laptop, it doesn't print on the other. I did all the same things. Windows 10 is installed on laptops.
A laptop that does not print does not give any error, it sees the printer, we connect it via a USB cable, I send the PDF file to the printer, and nothing. There are no errors in the laptop and no errors on the printer itself.
What should I do, I don't understand why, the same driver, everything is fine on one laptop, nothing happens on the other.
Please help someone.
