@Xyez, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It sounds like your printer might be experiencing a formatting or page size issue. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:
Check Page Layout Settings in Your Document
If you're printing from a program like Word or Adobe PDF, check the page layout settings.
Ensure that the page size is set correctly (A4, Letter, etc.).
Double-check the margins and ensure they are set correctly.
Check Printer Settings
Go to your printer settings (through Control Panel > Devices and Printers or Printers & Scanners on Windows or macOS).
Ensure that the paper size matches the actual paper loaded into the printer (A4, Letter, etc.).
Check if there's an option like "Fit to page" or "Scale to fit" and make sure it's selected. This can help scale the content to fit within the printable area of the page.
Check for Software/Driver Issues
Sometimes, the printer driver might be outdated or corrupt.
Update printer drivers: Visit Official HP® Drivers and Software Download | HP® Support and check if there are new drivers for your printer model.
Reinstall the printer driver: Uninstall the printer from your computer and then reinstall it.
Printer Settings on the Computer
When sending the print job to the printer, make sure you're selecting the correct paper size and orientation in the print dialog box.
If you're printing from a PDF, check the PDF viewer's print settings.
Try a Test Print
Print a test page directly from the printer's control panel. This will help you determine if the issue is with the printer or the document you're printing.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
