I see that you are facing an issue with your printer.
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Are you able to make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy)
- Error messages (if any) on the unit.
- When was the last time you were able to print?
- Were there any changes made to your printer or router recently?
- May I know to which device are you trying to connect your printer to eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
