@ValinaG, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Cancel Jobs on the Printer
On the printer control panel, look for a Cancel or Stop button (usually a red X or physical button).
Press it to cancel the current job.
Clear the Print Queue in Windows 11
Press Windows + S, type “Printers & Scanners”, and hit Enter.
Click on your HP DeskJet 2755e.
Click “Open print queue”.
Right-click any stuck print jobs and select Cancel.
If that doesn’t work, continue to Step 3 below.
Restart Print Spooler (Windows):
- Search services in the search box. Open the service menu.
- In the list, find Print Spooler.
- Right-click Print Spooler and click Restart.
- If it’s stopped, click Start instead.
- Close the window. Check if the issue persists
Restart the Printer and Computer
- Turn off the printer. Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.
- Restart your computer to ensure there are no pending software issues.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
