My name is Alexey, and I am the owner of a new HP M611 laser printer. I ran into a problem when printing images from my macOS Monterey computer. Text documents are printed normally, however, when printing images, unwanted contours appear behind the text (examples are attached).
The problem only manifests itself with images. I checked the following points:
1. The current printer driver is installed via HP Smart
2. Changed the print quality settings.
3. I checked the paper type selection.
4. Printing in different image formats did not solve the problem.
Please help me with solving this problem. Are there any additional configuration recommendations or is a printer firmware update required?
