I have previously requested assistance on the entering of my wifi password because the options which one can cycle through on each key of the digital number pad do not have an exclamation mark. I recall speaking to an HP agent who talked me through connecting to the printer via my cell phone and then accessing the setup page to enter my password (on the phone which has the exclamation mark character. I cannot recall how to do this.
Please advise on how i can input an exclamation mark when setting up the wifi connection or a way to access the setup page for the printer to enter the password on another device e.g. by giving me an IP address.
This is urrgent.
