Hello!

The software for the HP Deskjet F380 standard 2006 CD does not install in Windows 10. I downloaded on the site https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Deskjet-F300-All-in-One-Printer-series/1129389/m... version 14.8.0 Aug 25, 2014. This software managed to be installed in Windows 10.

But it doesn't work.

But now you can scan through the standard Microsoft Corporation application version 6.3.9654.17133, available in Windows 10.

But such a scan is flawed and clumsy. Many features and options HP Deskjet F380 that worked in Windows XP are not available.

Is it possible to fix the situation so that the HP Deskjet F380 fully works in Windows 10?

Hi,

Please follow below steps, the HP Scan and Capture would likely be the only option applicable for your printer, I doubt the HP Scan Extended option would work for your specific printer model:

I would also suggest trying the 3rd party NAPS2 application and check if that may help:

https://www.naps2.com/

Hi,
