Hi,
I have turned my HP Envy 5640 printer on after a few months of not using it. It said ink cartridges needed replacing, which I have done (with genuine HP cartridges).
The touch screen now says: Genuine HP ink cartridges installed, and there’s a blue ok ‘button’ on the bottom right of the touch screen which I have pressed. The touch screen is not responding. I have done a Hard Reset but the problem remains. Connection to the internet is wireless.
I’m getting quite stressed as I’m stating a new job working from home and need to get my printer working! Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Joanne
