Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4122 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

The wrong printer shows up..4122. Don’t even know how that happened. I want to delete it and reinstall my 3630.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Deskjet 3630 Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • Where do you see the printer?
  • What happens when you try to delete the printer?
  • Do you get any error messages?
  • What version of iOS is running on your device?

Try Update software on iOS and then try to delete the printer and add.
