HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Wireless Color Printer With HP

Just bought the HP printer. Followed the instructions to set it up but received this message "There is a problem with the printer head" I tried to unplug it several times and shot it down, but received the same message again and again

@Dortheprins, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to finish the printer setup due to this error. It is unfortunate that a new printer has an error.

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly seated and the printer carriage is moving freely.

For assistance with first-time setup, click here.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printhead errors

If the error persists, I'm afraid this could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer or you may get an exchange at the place you bought it from.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Have a great day!
