HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

Hey there,

I bought this writer a couple of years ago.

Serial no: [Personal Information Removed]

Product no:  T6B82A

I know that you know that I got a "new" writer because the first didn't work.

I don't know when this was. The only thing that I know is that this machine has never worked in a perfect way.

I am lucky to have a HP Officejet Pro 8615 and this machine works very good all the time.

The only reason that I bought the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw was because that would like to have a machine with colour and better printing. This has now never happen because I don't use the machine.

Even when I have a cable between the computer and writer it seams that the computer has problems to find connection. And every time I get an update version to install it always indicate erros.

In my upinion I think even after that I got a "new" machine that this machine have one or more problems which I can't prof for you.

Looking forward hearing from you.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Could you elaborate on the issue for better understanding?

Are you getting any error messages?
