Hello, previously we asked about if it was possible to disable sleep, which was not possible for our printers operating system as per our response.

 

We were wondering what the thresholds of the sleep were? What are the conditions for the printer to go into a sleep state? We have seen the printer not go into sleep over the 8 hour threshold as per in the response above.

as per the user guide for our printer http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06177490.pdf there are supposed to be settings on the printer itself however we do not have these settings available on the printer itself.
