I had my printer for 3 years hp office jet pro 8035 never had a problem all the sudden the touch panel on the front of it is not working when I trying to use it the icon glitches or it selects an option i'm not clicking. Dose anyone know if there was anything reported on this? I was told my printer was out of warranty and I had to buy a new one after only having it for 3 years and there is no physical damage to it. I feel this is a quality issue and all they are suggesting it for me to replace my printer and were trying to sell me on over the phone i'm not happy to say the least but wanted to know if anyone else's experienced this problem as well?

Hi @Rachel5689,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

this is a Hardware issue. However the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you contact HP Phone support.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
