Hi@Rick-at-BPI,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are looking to reset the touchscreen to auto duplex mode on the HP Printer.
I have a few recommendations
- Right-click the printer icon ( ) for your HP product. Click Printing Preferences, and then click the Features tab. In the Paper Saving Options area, select Automatic from the Two-sided printing drop-down list.
- If your printer does not support automatic duplex printing, you can select the Manual duplex check box in the Print dialog box. Microsoft Office Word will print all of the pages that appear on one side of the paper and then prompt you to turn the stack over and feed the pages into the printer again.
- For further settings click on this link
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
