Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi and Thank you for helping I hope 

 

I have the above printer but it lacks the settings as stated in the instructions for HP Iron-on Transfers I can get to the paper but nothing is available for transfers and nothing available for mirror image- which ultimately means I am unable to print transfers. However on the website, prior to my purchase, it said I could.

 

Any ideas - virtual assistant was the best half-million flushed down the toilet by HP and then using that chat program was another half-million flushed along with it. So I am forced to be with you fine folk for a solution.

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer checked all of the drivers are up to date

 

with eager anticipation

HP used to have a software for printers to do that but N/A now due to Software licensing. Now, please use the following instructions
