Hi @Ditka34,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds frustrating to encounter these issues with connecting your printer to the HP Instant Ink program. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this.

  • Check Network Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the same network as your computer or device that you are using to set up the Instant Ink program. Sometimes, connectivity issues can arise if there's a network mismatch.
  • Restart Devices: Turn off your printer and the device you're using to set up Instant Ink. Then, turn them back on after a minute or so. This can sometimes resolve temporary network glitches.
  • Update Firmware: Check if there's a firmware update available for your HP Envy Inspire 7255e printer. Updated firmware can often fix connectivity issues and improve performance.
  • Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. Sometimes, unstable internet can cause issues during setup.
  • Retry Setup: If you're still having trouble, try the setup process again. Sometimes, a fresh attempt can resolve issues that occurred during the initial setup.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
