Hi all,

I have set up a booklet to print in Word, laid out properly, but when I got to print it I don't seem to be able to find the correct settings in my HP Officejet printer to make it print as expected. None of the online forums, articles etc give me what I need to print properly. Can anyone enlighten me as to the EXACT printer settings I need to print a booklet with two pages per side (4 per sheet) in proper order with no weird huge borders and not printing on top of itself? I'm very frustrated! Any suggestions that are super specific much appreciated!

Cheers,
Emily

Welcome to the HP User Community.

The caveats:

  • The printer software should be installed
  • The paper size and type must support duplex
  • The paper size should not be small paper else the print margins will likely get weird.

An easy method:

Export your Word document to PDF format.

Print the PDF file in Booklet using  Adobe Reader DC

Example - Adobe Reader DC - PDF > Booklet

Booklet_Print_9025_PDF_4Booklet_Print_9025_PDF_4
