I have attempted printing multiple PDFs today and so far nothing has gone through, I hear my printer moving parts inside preparing to print, but it stops half way through and never finishes. I restarted my pc, turned the printer on and off, unplugged and replugged, etc. When I ran diagnostics the results came back with "Driver Check issue not fixed". I went through the software and drivers support page, but no drivers show for my printer so I'm not able to update my driver. If I could get some help or advice it would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.
