I've purchased a HP ENVY 6020e printer a few days ago. And have been trying to follow HP outline to get things in operation for a few days, but no success. And that why I 'm contacting HP to get some  assistance from the Tech Department to help resolve this issue. I will be calling you on Friday, April 26th between 10a- 12p. for professional services. I understand you're having trouble setting up your HP ENVY 6020e printer.
