@JULSRN, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding a printer connectivity issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

To delete an old printer and add a new printer on your iPad, follow these steps:

Deleting an Old Printer:

  1. Open Settings: Tap on the "Settings" app on your iPad.
  2. Find Printers: Go to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi settings if your printer is connected via these. Otherwise, look for the "Printers" option under General or search for Printers.
  3. Remove the Printer: Locate your old printer in the list and select it. You might see the option to "Forget This Device" or "Remove Printer." Tap it to delete the printer.

Adding a New Printer:

  1. Ensure Connectivity: Make sure your new printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network or Bluetooth as your iPad.
  2. Open Settings: Tap on the "Settings" app again on your iPad.
  3. Find Printers: Navigate to Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or look for a "Printers" option under General settings.
  4. Add Printer: Select "Add Printer," and your iPad should automatically detect available printers. Tap on your new printer from the list to add it.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
