Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e that will print double-sided only by flipping on the short edge, even when I choose "flip on long edge."  I do not have the technological skills to reinstall this printer or follow a long list of confusing instructions.  I expect a new product to work correctly. Do I need to try to return this printer for a refund?
