Troubleshooting from mobile devices and printer which is WiFi. I do not have a computer I use my phone to print. I would like to talk to a live person. So we can troubleshoot the problem together.

Do not talk to anyone that calls you on the premise that they saw your post here. NO ONE legitimate will call you. You will have scammers call you, claiming to be with HP and talk you into spending a lot of money because suddenly you will have a virus and require this or that subscription. NEVER POST A PHONE NUMBER HERE. This is an online support community only.
Hopefully you see this warning before you get scammed.
If your device is out of warranty and you want to talk with someone then the HP Smart Friend Service may be your best choice. https://www.hp.com/ca-en/services/consumer/smartfriend-overview.html
