Physically connected or does not work? You will likely need to engage a Canon website as this is more likely an issue with drivers for the printer which HP would not supply.

thanks for trying to help. I had already tried to download from Cannon. There is no update available. I bought another printer. I just would have liked to use this one forever. Such a waste of material. Again, thanks.
