Microsoft Windows 11

I have an hp notebook with windows 11.  Printer is a HP Officejet Pro 8035E.  When I reach out for virtual help or HP site help sites it does not address my problem or the help does not fit what I do on the screen. Square peg does not fit in the round hole solution that is offered.  It has to be simple????

Hi @AgCurt

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

To turn your one-page document into a two-page document with larger text, here's what you can do:

Adjust Font Size:

Open your document (e.g., in Microsoft Word or similar software).

Highlight the text and increase the font size until it spreads over two pages.

You might also adjust spacing, margins, or line spacing (set to "double" or similar) to achieve the same effect.

Printer Settings:

After formatting the document, go to the "Print" option.

Make sure your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e is selected as the printer.

Check the "Print Preview" to see how the pages will appear. If the text still fits on one page, revisit the formatting and try increasing the font size further.

Paper Size:

Ensure you're printing on the correct paper size (e.g., A4, Letter, etc.).

You can check or change the paper size in your printer settings or document layout settings.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
