Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2

Hello, so i am trying to lookup the warranty status for a docking station and when i enter the serial number on the website, it says it is incorrect. Any ideas? This docking station was purchased around a year ago. I cannot add the docking station to my products either as the serial number is not recognized. I am getting the serial number and product id off of the bottom of docking station as that is where it is located.

Make sure you didn't mix the number 0 with the letter O in the serial number if you have those.

Thanks, but the serial doesn't have any zero or letter O's in it.

 Without a bill of sale, warranty will be based on date of manufacture so will likely show as out of warranty if you think it was purchase close to a year ago.
