HP Recommended

I bought a second hand HP laserjet MFP M180 all in one and cant get it to work to save my life. I have followed the instructions on the 123 website for downloading the drivers and they download but I never get anything that says "run" or install" just a huge zip file and when I extract the files I get a ton of random stuff and nowhere does it have anything resembling an install file. I am frustrated beyond belief and since this was purchased second hand it's not even like I can get my money back if I can't get it to work. I can't get it to connect to wifi, I can't get the drivers I am at a total and complete loss. Please Help!!

HP Recommended

On the support.hp.com page for your printer they list an offline installation

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/LJ/M178-M181/Full_Webpack-44.11.2787-LJM178-M181_...

 

I suggest you download that and try it.
