I'm using a LaserJet Pro 400 M401dne printer and it has a "Care360" header on every page. Is there any way to eliminate that header?

I cannot see this being related to the printer unless it was previously owned  by an organization that had custom firmware written for it. Do prints like config page printed from the control panel also contain this message? If not then the culprit is possibly a watermark set in the driver or the software you are printing from is a demo version that prints that message in order to force you to purchase a full version.

From what I've managed to find online "Care360" is associated with EMR's (electronic medical records) however I don't use Care360 and the EMR that I use is not associated with that trademark. I did get the printer from another medical office and it's likely that there was some software downloaded when it was in their possesion however I just want to get rid of it. I've tried resetting the printer, removing headers, etc., and nothing works.

Back to my original question. If you print the configuration page from the reports menu on the control panel of the printer, does the header show? If yes, then likely this is hard coded into the printer and there is probably no way to get rid of it. We run into this with automotive dealership software all the time.
