I get error:0x805d1309 at the top of the printer display, and 2670:fm_keywords_cm.c at the bottom of the display. This happens when I am at installation stage 13, 'Align the print cartridges'. I can't get any further I can't find any of this in the manuals or on this website. What can I do? (I have not connected the printer to the computer yet because the installation manual says not to - so there is no o/s yet. It should be windows 10.)

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

Have you checked for any obstructions inside the printer?

Are you able to move the carriage freely?

Let's try these steps here:

Perform a Hard reset on the printer and make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector.

Remove all the ink cartridges and then try to perform a hard reset on the printer.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Remove USB cable, if present.

Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.

Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.

Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

Now insert the ink cartridges and then try to print a test page and check if it works.

You may refer to the steps suggested in this support document for - HP Inkjet Printers - '0xc19a0005' Error or Similar Error Displays

Alternatively you may also go through this support document - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP PSC 1600 and 2350 All-in-One Printer Series

If you have followed the steps suggested and still having the issue with the printer. I would suggest this to be a possible hardware failure.

I would recommend you contact our HP support team for further assistance.
