Product: HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

Hello, 

 

I am trying to setup my printer in the app but when it tries to search the printer it is not showing my printer is online however, I am able to print from it. I would also like to set up the ink SMART feature but it's not letting me do that as well. My printer has a blue light on by the wifi route option and is turned on. Any help/suggestions?

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can try to reset printer wireless back to defaults and then use Hp Smart app to setup printer again?
