I am trying to set up a new printer. 

I have done the HP smart install and printed. But now I can't find the app on my computer.

Can I set up a quick link on the desktop.

Hello Myallgirl,

 

 

To create a shortcut for your printer's menu, open the control panel, Devices and Printers, right-click on your printer, in the menu that opens click on create a desktop shortcut, yes. Close everything, open the desktop, click on the new shortcut to access your printer menu.

 

 

             

  • Click on yes button to say thanks
  • Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered
  • Please contact me to inform me of the resullt
