Product: HP LaserJet MFP M234dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Used the HP smart app, followed instructions, but every time end up with first an error message and request to run the diagnostic tool that shows up in the window. I do that and it tells me 2 things: 1) It fixed the Print Queue listing error; then 2) Print Queue issue is not fixed. It gives no instructions on how to deal with error #2, but there is a red mark next to it. Tried asking the automated help, but it was clueless and useless.
