HP Recommended

Need to turn off automatic updates on my printer; says it's locked by person who set up but I set this up and did not setup automatic updates.  This feature is interfering with the functionality of my printer as it's trying to do an update but says it cannot download the update and it fails.  I have to keep restarting it but it goes through this exercise about every 10 mintues.
