HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

hello, my father received a notification on his computer stating that the warranty on his printer is expired, which it is, however he is trying to figure out if this particular notification is from HP before going through with renewing the warranty.

The image was rejected from public view because it contains private information.

That said, I did look at it and I cannot tell for sure.  Could go either way...

I'd avoid it unless you can find a way to be satisfied that the offer is legitimate.

There is no such thing is "renewing" an expired Warranty.

I am not nit-picking at the wording - the definitions can make a difference.

If the product Warranty is recently expired, the printer might be eligible for a Care Pack purchased Warranty package.

Care Pack is a one time purchase that extends the Warranty.

Packages vary by product, the type of coverage, and when the product Warranty expired.

Previous damage is not covered, of course.
