Turn off color printing on HP Color LaserJet MFP M283fdw

How do i turn off color printing on my Printer, the printer is connected to the internet and being used by many staff members.

I need a centralized solution where i can turn off the color printing option from the printer or the HP smart app and everyone/PC that prints it will print in black and white even when they have chosen color when sending the print job.

Why don't you get a black& white printer?

You can log in to printers EWS restrict printing in colour and the printer will print in b&w from all devices.

We already have this printer so it would be another expense to buy a second printer.

I have added a screenshot of the ews, I can only find this setting of specifying low threshold then setting it to print black under low settings but it doesn't work.
