Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I reinstalled the driver for my HP 7310, I could no longer scan. I was not surprised as this has frequently happened. I cannot scan from the printer. Nor can I find the scan app I was using before.

 

Also, when duplex printing, everything was done on the long edge even when I selected the short edge.

 

These are not real biggies but they continue to be

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to scan or duplex print.

 

HP Officejet 7310 All-in-One Printer driver for windows 10 is not available from the HP website. However, you can install the printer using windows built-in drivers
