Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a customer that sometimes needs to print a 2 page letter.  First page on letterhead (tray 2)  and the subsequent page from manual feed {tray 1).  However it prints the letter using  letterhead for both pages.  I sat at her computer for half an hour one day, trying different settings, but to no avail.  All other documents that are more than 2 page will print correctly, which means it uses letterhead for the first page and bond paper for the rest. I am unable to find a solution on the internet to this problem.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
