HP Envy 6555e All-in-One Printer

The specifications stated that automatic duplex (two-sided) printing is an option, but when attempting to print a document, it is not available in the printer settings on my laptop, BUT I can air print double-sided from my cell phone just fine. How do I fix this and make that option available on my Windows 11 laptop? Thank you!

Next,

The current paper size / type settings should be set in Tray and Paper --

Because the printer lacks a full touchscreen Printer Control Panel, tray and paper settings are done using the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

EWS > HP Document / How-to (InkJet Printers – Original Format)

Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)

NOTE:  Find printer IP address

Section Open the EWS over a local network orientation

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper (Management)

Select / Adjust settings for Paper Size / Type

Model and EWS version Dependent:  Advanced section

Click Apply to save changes
